We are looking for a seasoned Training professional or Master Mariner with substantial hands-on experience in crew training ashore. This individual will be responsible for leading and advancing the success of my client's Training department, overseeing the design and delivery of Deck/Engine training programs. Key responsibilities include supervising training execution, coordinating with crewing teams, and improving training matrices. A strong background in ship management, maritime regulations, and cadetship program management is required.
Requirements:
- Sailing experience as Master or Chief Engineer
- Certification in "Training of Trainers" and "Auditor"
- Strong communication and analytical skills
