Helping you settle in
Now that you have received your first contract we aim to provide you with a distinctive and efficient contractor service. We are experts in knowing what the market pays and negotiating you the best rate we possibly can. If you have any questions about your new contract or the company you are supplying services to, we can help answer them. However small the issue may seem, please ask and we’ll be happy to advise.
Pay rates
We negotiate the best rates for you, so you know you’re always getting the best deal. We benchmark rates based on the market conditions and conduct regular surveys to ensure that we are always offering competitive opportunities. If you feel that the pay rate you are currently receiving is not in line with your expectations then please contact us. We will be happy to discuss this with you and renegotiate the rate if appropriate.
Contract
We provide limited and umbrella company contracts or a PAYE service. Our contracts are designed to be as fair as possible keeping all the latest legislation in mind. We will always endeavour to do our best to accommodate you and your business; however, we cannot change individual contracts. Please talk to us, and we will try our best to rectify any potential challenges.
Help and advice
We work for our contractors to help you get the most out of each opportunity. If you’re not happy with your current contract let us know and we will do our best to help. We can aid in:
Rate reviews
Renewing contracts
Prospective new projects
People and personal issues
Having someone to talk through a problem can help to resolve it. We represent your needs so speak to us so we can understand what is important to you and ensure that we resolve any challenges you may encounter. We can also speak to the client (including your main point of contact), in confidence, should the need arise.
Your next contract
We want to be able to represent you in all of your contracts, not just your current project. Therefore, should you start to look for new contracts then please contact us so that we can look for alternatives for you. Should you start to hear about other opportunities through third parties then please inform us and if it is something that you would like to be considered for then we will represent you. Our understanding of your needs will ensure continuity of service and save you the time and effort in changing over contracts, relationships and payroll.
