Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain records of all seagoing staff, including qualifications and training certificates.
  • Organize and recommend training courses for crew development.
  • Verify crew working hours for compliance and investigate discrepancies.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and handover processes for vessel crew.
  • Recommend promotions based on performance appraisals.
  • Manage crew assignments to ensure vessels are adequately staffed.
  • Validate crew certificates and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of marine personnel and liaise with authorities for necessary certifications.
Key Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in crew administration, manning, or maritime HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of crew scheduling, compliance, and industry regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate crew effectively.
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced maritime environment.
