Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality tender proposals, ensuring all processes and approvals are adhered to.
- Develop and review cost estimates, ensuring all aspects are captured and approvals are in accordance with company protocols.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure the correct technical approach is presented to clients.
- Oversee the drafting of proposal documentation, gathering information from relevant departments such as Engineering, QHSE, and Legal.
- Prepare qualitative bid documents, including cost price, execution methodology, terms and conditions, and risk analysis for onshore and offshore projects.
- Host and attend internal and external tender meetings as required.
- Address tender clarifications and coordinate with the team to compile responses.
- Ensure a smooth handover from tendering to operations, capturing all requirements.
- Identify key risks and develop mitigation strategies with senior team members.
- Review commercial and contractual elements of contracts, providing necessary qualifications and assisting with negotiations.
- Extensive experience in a tendering role, with a proven track record in managing the tender lifecycle.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor the tendering team.
- Ability to write compelling and high-quality tenders.
- Keen attention to detail and strong commercial/contractual knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
