Job Description

We are partnering with an internationally leading provider of marine OEM and parts maker to join their dynamic and growing team here in Singapore! This role offers the opportunity to manage key customer accounts, drive sales growth, and expand market presence across Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, Malaysia, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Management – Build strong relationships, understand client needs, and ensure excellent service.
Agent & Distributor Management – Support and guide partners to align with sales strategies and drive business growth.
Market Development – Identify new opportunities, onboard new partners, and expand into emerging markets.
Internal Coordination – Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
Reporting & Planning – Analyze sales performance and develop strategies for growth.

Requirements:

Experience – 5+ years in maritime sales and key account management, preferably working with shipowners and shipyards.
Industry Knowledge – Strong understanding of international maritime markets and business development strategies.
Sales & Negotiation – Proven ability to secure high-value contracts and drive revenue growth.
Languages –We seek Bahasa or Hindi-speaking candidates who are required to serve Bahasa or Hindi-speaking clients
Travel – Willingness to travel frequently for business meetings and client engagement.
Technical Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Soft Skills – Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
