Focuses on meeting personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting specific customer problems, this role targets assigned to and agreed customers to sell products in a specific geography or market region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Growth – Develops and executes a sales plan to retain and grow revenue, secure new business, and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management – Builds strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring effective communication and value delivery.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiation – Prepares and delivers tailored presentations, gathers insights, and negotiates agreements within defined commercial parameters.
  • Market Engagement & Intelligence – Expands professional network, represents the company at industry events, and gathers market insights to enhance visibility and reputation.
  • Solution Development – Configures product and service solutions based on customer needs, collaborating with internal specialists to deliver value.
  • CRM & Data Management – Maintains accurate customer data in the CRM system to support sales strategy and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Acts as a customer advocate within internal teams to strengthen client relationships.

Requirements:
  • Experience in business development role and strong contacts with marine stakeholders will be added advantages.
  • Proficient in sales techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, networking and negotiation skills
  • Analytical thinking to assess market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of the survival equipment industry, market trends, and competitive landscape to make informed business decisions.
