We are currently seeking an experience to join our team and take charge of managing and improving overall business performance. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract negotiations with potential and existing clients to define favorable economic terms and conditions.
- Oversee and supervise the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and improve business performance by setting and steering KPIs in collaboration with operations teams and clients.
- Conduct annual customer satisfaction surveys and analyze cross-functional performance data to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement efficient systems for data collection and analysis, collaborating closely with our commercial team.
- Provide training and development to the operations team on best practices.
- Supervise procurement procedures and activities to ensure due diligence.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on commercial matters and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders.
- Guide the long-term IT infrastructure development strategy to ensure it meets future business needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree (required).
- 5+ years of management experience, with a proven track record in business performance or operational management.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Expertise in data analysis, strategic initiative management, and MS Office.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
