Job Description

Faststream are collaborating with a prominent renewable energy company to recruit a Bid Coordinator. This role involves supporting the bid management process for renewable energy projects, ensuring the preparation and submission of competitive and compliant bids. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills to assist in the coordination of bid activities.

Fully remote work available.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and submit high-quality tender and PQQ documents, ensuring all procedures are followed.
  • Analyse tender documents to identify required deliverables and coordinate their production.
  • Organise and facilitate meetings with technical teams to ensure the correct technical solutions are proposed to clients.
  • Communicate and negotiate with third-party suppliers as necessary.
  • Compile and review proposal documentation, gathering information from various departments.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a bid coordination role.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in bid documents.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
