Responsibilities:
- Develop and submit high-quality tender and PQQ documents, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Analyse tender documents to identify required deliverables and coordinate their production.
- Organise and facilitate meetings with technical teams to ensure the correct technical solutions are proposed to clients.
- Communicate and negotiate with third-party suppliers as necessary.
- Compile and review proposal documentation, gathering information from various departments.
- Proven experience in a bid coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in bid documents.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement.
