AWR Requirements

Please find below three documents relating to your use of Agency Workers via Faststream Recruitment.

In order that we can discharge our responsibilities under the Agency Workers Regulations, please;

Read the AWR Fact Sheet- this explains the Agency Workers Regulations.
Complete and return an AWR Hirer Information Request per Agency Worker you use via Faststream Recruitment.
Sign and return a Faststream Contract Terms. If you have not done so already and we are not operating on your terms.

If you have any questions regarding any of these documents, please do contact your consultant who will be happy to explain and advise in more detail.

Signed documents can be returned via email to your consultant or faxed back to us on +44 84 5280 0276
