Location: Panama
Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing/commercial department to maximize HUB revenue through structural and spot deals.
- Optimize Americas Network to enhance profitability and meet budget goals.
- Guide commercial department on spot quotations for vessel utilization and revenue maximization.
- Pursue spot business opportunities, particularly open legs maximization.
- Provide regular customer updates on bunker adjustments and surcharges.
- Develop and expand the network in the region through tonnage, joint ventures, or partner slots.
- Guide and support CSR department.
- Minimize payment delays and assist Singapore Credit Control department.
- Ensure reconciliation and invoice processes are well-organized and timely.
- Lead IT developments in the commercial aspect as the Coral Team Leader.
