Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical operations and maintenance of cruise ships.
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code).
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and dry-docking.
- Monitor fleet performance and implement improvements.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and classification societies.
- Provide technical support to shipboard engineers.
- Manage budgets for maintenance projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits.
- Experience in a similar shore-based role in the cruise industry.
- Knowledge of maritime regulations and standards.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
