What You'll Do:
- Lead and influence decision-making processes both within the company and with external partners.
 - Management, organisational and planning skills.
 - Oversee vessel takeover operations and manage a technical team to ensure seamless operations.
 - Demonstrate strong budget control and implement safe operational practices.
 - Share your expertise and guide a team with your excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
 
- Chief Engineer (1st Class Steam/Motor) qualification. A bachelor’s degree is a plus but not essential.
 - 10+ years at sea with experience in hydrocarbons, including 3+ years in LNG/LPG is preferred
 - 5+ years in management with expertise in ship repair, LNG operations, and cargo tank management, TMSA.
 - Knowledge of ShipNet software
 - Experienced in writing and documenting business processes.
 - Experienced with interaction/communication protocols among all ship and shore communication systems / data / software
 - Some relevant industry experience is desirable such as exposure to dry-dock work and major repair periods
