Job Description

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end freight forwarding operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation, logistics, and supply chain solutions. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing operational workflows to meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage air, ocean, and land freight forwarding operations.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead and manage the operations team
  • Act as a point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of service.
  • Monitor and control operational costs to maintain profitability.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the operations department.
Requirements:
  • At least five years of experience as an Operations Manager
  • Has prior experience in leading a team and has a passion in driving team excellence 
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations
