Location: Milford Haven area, South Wales
Salary: Base salary + £3,460 annual inconvenience payment + £4,260 annual car allowance (A company car can be provided if required instead of the car allowance)

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for vessels arriving and departing within the South Wales corridor, covering Fishguard, Port Talbot, Swansea, Cardiff, Barry, Newport, and potentially Avonmouth & Portbury.
- Oversee port operations, ensuring efficient coordination of vessel arrivals, cargo handling, and compliance with regulations.
- Provide exceptional service to clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong industry relationships.
- Be available for on-call duties (evenings/weekends/bank holidays) on a rotating basis.
- Board vessels, liaise with ship crews, and handle operational duties as required.
- Previous experience in port agency, port operations, or shipping.
- Local to Milford Haven area (or within commuting distance).
- A proactive and hands-on approach with excellent communication skills.
- A valid driving licence.
