Your new role:
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be involved in a wide range of HR generalist functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and supporting employee development initiatives. You will collaborate with the management to address HR-related queries and ensure a positive work environment while managing the entire employee lifecycle. In addition to your generalist responsibilities, you will also manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate salary computation, benefits administration, and timely statutory submissions. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance and ensuring smooth payroll operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
Good written and verbal communication.
Experience in shipping / oil & gas industry would be a valuable asset.
This role is looking for someone already based in Singapore.
