  • Employee Relations – Be the go-to person for contract questions, HR policies, and workplace concerns.
  • Onboarding & HR Operations – Ensure a seamless experience for new hires and maintain all employee documentation.

Who Would Thrive Here?
  • An HR professional with 3+ years of experience, ideally with a strong focus on contract management.
  • A detail-oriented and organised individual who can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Someone with a global mindset, comfortable working across different legal frameworks and cultures.
  • A confident communicator, able to liaise with senior stakeholders and employees alike.
  • A problem-solver, who thrives on autonomy and enjoys building processes from the ground up.
  • Fluent English speaker (written and verbal).
