Manage the entire crew onboarding process from start to finish.
Implement cost effective strategies without compromising efficiency.

Uphold the company's commitment to excellence in crew management.
Requirements:
French national with excellent communication skills in both French and English. Proven experience in crew management or related maritime operations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
