Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the crucial link between their customers, suppliers, and internal operations. Your ability to manage the full sales cycle with confidence and precision will help drive continued success.
- Communicating with customers and suppliers, both via phone, f2f and email
- Handling quotation requests for equipment and spare parts
- Preparing clear and persuasive proposals and booking in follow ups
- Managing order tracking and ensuring all steps from enquiry to dispatch are handled efficiently
- Coordinating the dispatch of orders and preparing documentation for invoicing
- Ensuring all tasks are performed with accuracy and in a well-organised manner

- Experienced in trading equipment and spare parts, preferably within the maritime sector
- Confident in both written and spoken English, with a strong command of grammar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Detail-oriented, accurate, and capable of setting and maintaining priorities
- Driven to succeed with a mature and professional mindset
