Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to the sales process, including maintaining client records and processing documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of sales bids, proposals, and presentations.
- Support the sales team in organizing meetings, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of services and client needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM systems and other internal tools.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, or Sales Support within the maritime industry.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an advantage.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
