Faststream has partnered with a marine client, seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Singapore. This role plays a key part in supporting our sales function by managing client requests, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with bids and presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service or client experience within the maritime sector and a passion for delivering exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to the sales process, including maintaining client records and processing documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales bids, proposals, and presentations.
  • Support the sales team in organizing meetings, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of services and client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM systems and other internal tools.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, or Sales Support within the maritime industry.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an advantage.
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
