As the Head of Technologies Vertical, APAC, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with strategic and large customers in the "Technologies" industry across the APAC region. Your key focus will be driving business development, formulating vertical strategies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will collaborate with Global Key Account Managers (GKAM) across divisions, regions, and products, acting as the subject matter expert for the shipping business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement vertical strategies and value propositions.
- Oversee business development and performance for the global customer segment within the vertical market.
- Build strong account plans and strategic partnerships, supporting Global Key Account Managers.
- Drive vertical performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting commercial targets.
- Lead the vertical market community, providing guidance and coaching to the sales team.
- Master’s degree in International Business.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, including 5 years with strategic accounts.
- Proven expertise in market trends, vertical business models, and supply chain operations.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and customer relationship skills.
