We’re looking to hire an exceptional Head of Ship Manager. In this key leadership position, you’ll oversee the management and operation of a specialist fleet, ensuring compliance with the highest safety, environmental, and operational standards. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, giving you the flexibility to balance office and remote work.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and inspiring the Ship Management team.
* Driving operational excellence across our fleet.
* Building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Ensuring adherence to international maritime regulations and company standards.
