Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage all phases of marine power projects, from planning through execution, maintaining oversight on scope, timelines, and costs.
- Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building lasting relationships and addressing any issues that arise to ensure satisfaction.
- Financial Oversight: Track project costs and profitability, ensuring efficiency while adhering to company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with engineers, planners, and suppliers to meet project milestones, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and challenges.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects meet ISO 9001 standards and comply with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Experience: At least five years in project execution within the marine industry, with a focus on electro-technical systems (cabling, switchgear, transformers, rotating machinery).
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of circuit breakers (ACB, MCCBs) and marine power systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with a proactive approach to stakeholder management.
- Commercial Awareness: Proven ability to manage budgets and contribute to business growth.
