In this role, you will be an integral part of their post-fixture team, working alongside 4 experienced professionals to facilitate the smooth execution of charter party agreements.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of operational tasks, including contract management, voyage execution, documentation, communication, risk management, financial administration, and continuous improvement.
Your day-to-day activities will involve managing the administration of charter parties, coordinating with vessel owners and operators to ensure timely voyages, overseeing documentation compliance, serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, identifying and mitigating operational risks, assisting in financial reporting and analysis, and actively participating in process improvement initiatives.
Located in central London, their office offers a collaborative and flexible working environment, with the option to work remotely for a portion of the week. They offer a competitive salary, dependent on experience, with additional benefits and performance-based bonuses.
