What You’ll Do:
- Ensure the vessels are ready to perform as per TC terms and company standards.
- Manage vessel performance, schedules, and maintenance on a daily basis.
- Coordinate vetting inspections and ensure successful results in audits for Oil Majors and regulatory bodies.
- Lead internal audits, training, and investigations to ensure the highest safety standards.
- Implement and monitor safety and compliance procedures in line with international regulations.
- Chief Mate STCW Reg. II/2 Unlimited certification.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Captain or Chief Officer on chemical tankers.
- Minimum 1 year of shore-based experience as a Marine/Vetting Superintendent.
- Strong commitment and the ability to work under pressure, including 24/7 availability.
