As the Director of Marine Services, you will assume responsibility for overseeing all global marine services activities, people and culture, the P & L, deliverables, and risks associated within our clients Marine Services companies.
The primary aim of this role is to inspire and cultivate both cultural, operational, and commercial excellence.
You will prioritise and deliver a strong focus on people plans, coordinating the Business Unit heads, to achieve sales growth, enhance margins, and implement effective people plans.
You will have the responsibility of nurturing talent, and creating a working environment that will deliver on stretch ambitions.
Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, your role will involve achieving strategic, financial, and operational targets across the marine service business. Your role involves mitigating risks, implementing the strategy, optimising performance, and maintaining the requisite structure, competence, and strength for current and future business demands.
In addition to aligning teams in Marine Services with the corporate vision, you will spearhead the formulation of long-term strategies within these business units.
Your focus on stretch ambitions will extend to developing new business avenues and robust talent plans. The decisions you make will wield a direct influence on global company performance and reverberate through our parent company's results.
