Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR aspects of manning vessels with qualified and certified personnel.
  • Lead seafarer welfare and satisfaction initiatives to ensure operational excellence.
  • Oversee crew placement activities, ensuring compliance with maritime standards and regulations.
  • Decide on wage levels aligned with market trends and collective agreements.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Represent the company in audits, client meetings, and emergency responses.
  • Drive engagement and productivity within a team of five HR professionals.
  • Lead special projects, including resource planning and process improvement.
  
What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years in maritime operations or HR, with senior leadership experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong decision-making, interpersonal, and networking abilities.
  • Global Awareness: Proficient in handling cultural differences across diverse regions.
  • Maritime Expertise: Solid understanding of maritime HR practices, compliance, and industry standards.
  • Results-Oriented: Proactive and self-motivated, with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
