Your new role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play an advisory role on all human capital matters – sharing the best practices and providing advice/guidance to respective stakeholders. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing effective HR strategies that align with the business objectives. This is both a strategic and operational role. You will take charge of a full spectrum of human resource functions including directing and coordinating HR activities such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance review, employee engagement and relations, succession planning, organization learning and development, employee services and any HR-related matters. You will also support day to day operations and design HR strategies to meet business goals. Key to your success will be your proactive attitude and drive.
 Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in shipping / oil & gas industry would be a valuable asset.
  • This role is looking for someone already based in Singapore.
