Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a large, multicultural team across all hotel departments.
- Maintain 5-star service standards in food & beverage, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Manage budgets, revenue, and onboard costs efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Experience as a Hotel General Manager both on land in luxury hotels and luxury cruise ships (experience in both is mandatory)
- Strong leadership, guest service, and financial management skills.
- Valid seagoing documents and availability to join ASAP.
