Faststream Recruitment is currently looking for a Head of Naval Architecture to join a cutting-edge high-performance maritime design and applied technologies company based in Belfast. The company's mission is to lead decarbonisation in the maritime industry through the development of innovative, sustainable, and energy-efficient solutions.

The Position
As Head of Naval Architecture you will be responsible for leading the team of Naval Architects and helping to push the Naval Architecture strategy. You will be developing the design and engineering of their vessels, as well as supporting with system integration. 

Requirements:
  • Experience leading a team
  • Degree qualified in Naval Architecture 
  • Experience with high performance projects
