The role of Head of Integrated Business Planning is an exciting opportunity, responsible for setting the strategy and ensuring that people, systems and processes are in place to provide an agile, scalable and accountable Integrated Business Planning function which spans across the business.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role within the organisation and will require advanced skills in project management, planning and scheduling, risk identification and mitigation and excellent presentation skills.
Experience / Qualifications Required:
- Subject matter expert in all aspects of Planning and Project Control; Risk, Change and Milestone management.
- Demonstrable experience in executing planning in a dynamic environment that encompasses multiple stakeholders, conflicting priorities, and multiple resources.
- Expert practitioner with Microsoft Project.
- Practical knowledge and experience of dashboard creation and management using Microsoft Power BI.
- Educated to degree level in a relevant field of study with appropriate Professional or post-degree qualifications.
- At least 10 years post qualification experience, ideally in a Maritime or related industry e.g. Aerospace, Oil & Gas.
- Excellent communication with demonstrable delivery of leadership.
- Demonstrate ability to coach, mentor, influence and challenge management and non-specialists.
- Demonstrate ability to develop and build a successful team.
- Excellent business standard written and verbal skills – English language.
- Strong interpersonal skills – accessible and approachable.
