- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies aimed at specific ship management market segments.
- Provide insights on maritime regulations, operational challenges, and industry trends to influence strategic decisions.
- Act as a trusted partner to clients, understanding ship-owner expectations, technical management operations, and delivering tailor-made solutions.
- Proven track record in commercial business development within 3rd party ship management.
- Strong understanding of maritime regulations and the operational needs of shipowners.
- Existing global network of contacts with small to medium-sized shipowners and financial institutions.
- Commercially astute, proactive, and driven to succeed.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with frequent global travel.
- Master's degree in Shipping, Maritime, or Business Studies.
- Extensive experience in 3rd party ship management and business development.
