Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage an international pastry and bakery team
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-end pastry creations and baked goods
- Maintain strict compliance with USPH and HACCP standards
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and senior galley leadership to plan and execute menus
- Oversee ordering, inventory control, and cost-effective production
- Extensive experience as an Executive Pastry Chef in a premium/luxury Cruise line.
- Proven ability to manage and train large culinary teams in a high-volume, fine-dining environment
- Deep knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques
- Strong understanding of USPH and food safety protocols
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Be travel ready and be in possession of all valid seagoing documentation including STCW and C1D Visa.
