Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join a prestigious, ultra-luxury ocean-going cruise line. This key leadership position is responsible for overseeing all pastry and bakery operations onboard, delivering world-class desserts and baked goods across multiple fine-dining and casual venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage an international pastry and bakery team
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-end pastry creations and baked goods
  • Maintain strict compliance with USPH and HACCP standards
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and senior galley leadership to plan and execute menus
  • Oversee ordering, inventory control, and cost-effective production
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as an Executive Pastry Chef in a premium/luxury Cruise line.
  • Proven ability to manage and train large culinary teams in a high-volume, fine-dining environment
  • Deep knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques
  • Strong understanding of USPH and food safety protocols
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Be travel ready and be in possession of all valid seagoing documentation including STCW and C1D Visa.
