Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join a prestigious, ultra luxury ocean-going cruise line. This pivotal role is responsible for the overall culinary operation, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all galley outlets onboard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a multinational galley team 
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-end cuisine across multiple outlets
  • Maintain strict compliance with USPH and HACCP standards
  • Collaborate with onboard departments for smooth culinary operations
  • Oversee ordering, inventory control, and cost management
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as an Executive Chef on a premium or luxury cruise line
  • Proven ability to manage large teams in a high-volume, fine-dining environment
  • Strong understanding of USPH and food safety standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
