Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a multinational galley team
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-end cuisine across multiple outlets
- Maintain strict compliance with USPH and HACCP standards
- Collaborate with onboard departments for smooth culinary operations
- Oversee ordering, inventory control, and cost management
- Extensive experience as an Executive Chef on a premium or luxury cruise line
- Proven ability to manage large teams in a high-volume, fine-dining environment
- Strong understanding of USPH and food safety standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
