Faststream are working with an engineering consultancy to add an Electrical Engineer to their team based in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment for our client. Your role will involve troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and safety.

This is a long term contract position, but the client are also open to candidates looking for staff roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems and equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults and issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to improve system performance.
Document maintenance activities and prepare reports.
Provide technical support and guidance to the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in operations and maintenance of electrical systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations.
