Business Development Manager - Cruise

Are you ready to lead the re-entry into the cruise ship maintenance and repair market? This new role, based in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, involves geographical travel primarily within the USA. You will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer and drive business development initiatives in the Cruise market.

Can you lead business development initiatives in the cruise ship maintenance, repair, and retrofit sectors? Are you capable of developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the cruise industry? Can you identify and seize new business opportunities, focusing on the Miami and Fort Lauderdale regions?

Do you have a proven track record in business development, particularly in Florida? Are you well-networked with strong relationships within the cruise sector?

Experience in shipyard operations or providing services to the cruise industry is highly desirable. You should be dynamic, well-connected, and commercially aggressive, with a willingness to travel and work on the road. An engineering background is preferred but not essential.
