As an Assistant Technical Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in supporting the technical management of our diverse fleet. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with senior technical staff to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of vessels.
  • Conducting regular inspections and assessments of vessel conditions.
  • Coordinating and overseeing planned maintenance activities.
  • Assisting in the procurement of spare parts and technical supplies.
  • Monitoring and managing vessel budgets to optimize cost-efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or a related field.
  • Sailing experience as a 3rd engineer minimum
  • Previous experience in a maritime technical role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant maritime regulations and industry best practices.
  • Cruise experience is a bonus.
