You will be responsible for overseeing the charter operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, yacht owners, and crew.
This position would suit someone working in a similar role, or a Chief Steward/Stewardess/Purser wanting to come to shore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of yacht charters, from initial client inquiries to post-charter follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, yacht owners, and suppliers.
- Marketing to promote charters and optimize bookings.
- Manage financial aspects of charters, including invoicing, budgeting, and revenue reporting.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Strong experience in the superyacht industry on-board or shore-based.
- Good understanding of yacht charter operations.
- Highly motivated and organised.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of global yacht destinations and the luxury travel market.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Bilingual highly desirable.
You will be required to reside within a commuter distance from the Fort Lauderdale office. Candidates must have the existing right to live and work in the USA. No sponsorship will be offered as part of this position.
