I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Charter Broker to join a global company. 

This position is based in London, and all applicants must have the Right to Live and Work in the UK. Sponsorship is not offered. 

As a Yacht Broker, you'll be an integral part of a dedicated team, providing personalized services for charter or sale to their esteemed clientele.

This will involve building relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI), actively promoting business, managing client requests round the clock, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

You'll be responsible for generating personal charter sales, expanding your client portfolio, and assisting other brokers in their business development efforts.

You: 
  1. 1 years experience in a similar role in the yachting industry.
  2. Experience working with large superyachts 60m + highly desirable. 
  3. Proven experience of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
  5. Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently. 
  6. Flexibility and effective time management skills.
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  8. High level of honesty and integrity.
  9. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  10. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Package dependant on experience, above standard industry earning opportunities.
