Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development- actively source, engage, and convert leads into successful sales, with a primary focus on pre-owned yachts.
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Client Relationship Management
- Provide personalized and attentive service to clients, understanding their needs and recommending the right yacht solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Stay updated on the features, specifications, and trends of both new and pre-owned yachts.
- Negotiation & closing deals, oversee the sales process from initial inquiry to finalizing deals.
- Effectively negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
- Market Research & Analysis- monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Leverage insights to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead in the competitive yacht market.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury yacht sales.
- Strong understanding of the yacht industry, particularly in the luxury and pre-owned sectors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Spanish, German or French with English.
- Remote working from Cannes with travelling to see clients, boat shows and industry events
