Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the underwriters and underwriting directors with report generation and information assembly for new business.
  • Support the quotation process and adhere to procedures including KYC and Sanctions checks.
  • Contribute to renewal budgeting and monitor task completion.
  • Serve as a liaison between underwriting and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with claims, reinsurance teams, and engage with members and brokers.
  • Aid in business development through meetings, presentations, and industry events.
  • Foster relationships with members, brokers, and handle inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a global team.
  • Willingness to travel and interest in global affairs.
