- Assist the underwriters and underwriting directors with report generation and information assembly for new business.
- Support the quotation process and adhere to procedures including KYC and Sanctions checks.
- Contribute to renewal budgeting and monitor task completion.
- Serve as a liaison between underwriting and operations teams.
- Collaborate with claims, reinsurance teams, and engage with members and brokers.
- Aid in business development through meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- Foster relationships with members, brokers, and handle inquiries.
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a global team.
- Willingness to travel and interest in global affairs.
