Faststream has partnered up with a dynamic innovative leader specializing in software solutions onboard to ensure safe data transfers onshore and off.
  
They are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to delivery customer success to join their team in Singapore.
  
Duties of the role:
  • Collaborate with team members in Singapore and Norway
  • Provide L1 and L2 technical support of company software and services to customers through phone and email
  
Requirements:
  • Passion for technology
  • Passion for problem solving and proving solutions
  • Basic understanding of troubleshooting in networking, operating systems, hardware and email protocols
  • Good decision making skills and self motivated
  
Qualifications:
  • Qualifications in relevant fields of IT
  • Experience in customer- facing technical support
  • Advantage if you have experience in trouble shooting in networking, operating systems, hardware and email protocols
