Faststream has partnered up with a dynamic innovative leader specializing in software solutions onboard to ensure safe data transfers onshore and off.
They are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to delivery customer success to join their team in Singapore.
Duties of the role:
- Collaborate with team members in Singapore and Norway
- Provide L1 and L2 technical support of company software and services to customers through phone and email
Requirements:
- Passion for technology
- Passion for problem solving and proving solutions
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting in networking, operating systems, hardware and email protocols
- Good decision making skills and self motivated
Qualifications:
- Qualifications in relevant fields of IT
- Experience in customer- facing technical support
- Advantage if you have experience in trouble shooting in networking, operating systems, hardware and email protocols
