- Communication: Excellent skills in managing team dynamics and ensuring smooth operations.
This position involves overseeing all technical aspects of high-speed craft operations, including refits and defect rectifications. You'll also manage a facilities maintenance team, ensuring marine infrastructure is maintained to high standards.
