Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and efficient vessel operations, minimizing downtime.
- Conduct vessel visits, inspections, and oversee maintenance/repair activities.
- Monitor vessel efficiency, environmental performance, and compliance with KPIs.
- Manage dry-docking, surveys, and contractor work.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in audits and incident investigations.
- Prepare, monitor, and control vessel budgets.
- Work with Fleet Personnel on crewing, training, and performance appraisals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient operations and logistics.
- Participate in Marine Emergency Response and after-hours support.
- Degree in Maritime Studies, preferably Marine Engineering.
- Class One CoC preferred, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of ISM, ISO, and OCIMF regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
- Valid passport, driver’s license, and no travel restrictions.
- Office-based with routine vessel visits and occasional international travel.
- Part of an on-call rotation with after-hours/weekend work.
- Must have a vehicle available for use.
