A leading maritime company is seeking an experienced Technical Superintendent to support its expanding operations in London (Essex). With a growing fleet and increasing activity across UK ports, our client is looking for an experienced professional to ensure the smooth and efficient technical management of our vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the technical management and maintenance of a fleet.
Manage routine and emergency maintenance.
Monitor vessel condition
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
Provide technical support to crew members and other departments.
Fleet upgrades, repairs, and future technical developments.

Candidate Profile:

Previous experience in a similar shore based role (desirable)
Seagoing experience, ideally as Chief Engineer or 2nd Engineer.
Class 1 Chief Engineer Certificate (Desirable).
Strong knowledge Classification and Flag State requirements
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
