We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Superintendent to join a leading international ship management company in Shanghai. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the technical management and maintenance of assigned dry bulk vessels.
Ensure compliance with international safety and environmental standards.
Plan and monitor vessel repairs, dry-docking, and maintenance schedules.
Provide technical support to vessels and troubleshoot operational issues.
Collaborate with a global team to achieve operational and technical efficiency.

Requirements:

Chief Engineer rank with Class 1 Certificate of Competency (CoC).
1-2 years of shore-based experience as a Superintendent preferred.
Fresh sailors can also be considered.
Proven experience working with dry bulk vessels.
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global team.
