Our client, a global leader in ship management, is seeking a dedicated Technical Superintendent to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of their fleet. This role offers the opportunity to oversee vessel maintenance, repairs, and performance, while ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical and operational support to vessels, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, class requirements, and international regulations.
Oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and procurement of spares and stores for assigned vessels.
Ensure timely vessel certifications, surveys, and inspections, with minimal third-party observations.
Monitor vessel performance, analyze operational data, and maintain asset value.
Manage operating costs within budget while ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Attend vessels during surveys and escalate any significant issues to management.

Key Requirements:

Chief Engineer sailing on tanker vessels
Minimum of 2 years of shore experience as a Technical Superintendent.
Experienced with handling Chemical vessels (Type 1-3).
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
