Key Responsibilities:
- Field Trials: Coordinate and perform field trials, monitor results, and compile comprehensive field trial reports.
- Technical Advisory: Provide expert advice on product use related to engine and marine fuel applications.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical notes, bulletins, and articles for publication.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in various technical projects.
- Customer Support: Offer continuous support to sales teams and conduct customer visits to address technical inquiries.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regional legislation (e.g., EU and country-specific regulations) and International Maritime Organization (IMO) activities.
- Fuel Analysis: Coordinate marine fuel analysis and evaluation work.
- Knowledge Generation: Develop and share knowledge about all marine fuel grades, including HFO/bunker and MDO/MGO.
- Fuel Properties: Understand and analyze the properties and performance of HFO Residual fuel oil.
- Strong technical background in marine fuels and engine applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with regional and international maritime regulations.
- Experience working as a Marine Engineer
- Must be working in the UK or Europe
- It would also be desirable if they can speak Spanish (Not a requirement)
