Faststream Recruitment is seeking a skilled Sous Chef – Saucier to join a leading luxury cruise line. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise in sauce preparation while working in a world-class culinary team at sea.

Your Role
  • Prepare high-quality sauces, stocks, and reductions with precision.
  • Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs in sauce-making techniques.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and cost control standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience as a Sous Chef Saucier or Chef de Partie Saucier in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
  • Expertise in classic French and international sauces.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Valid STCW certification and C1/D visa (or willingness to obtain).
