Your Role
- Prepare high-quality sauces, stocks, and reductions with precision.
- Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation.
- Train and mentor junior chefs in sauce-making techniques.
- Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and cost control standards.
- Experience as a Sous Chef Saucier or Chef de Partie Saucier in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
- Expertise in classic French and international sauces.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Valid STCW certification and C1/D visa (or willingness to obtain).
- Work with a prestigious luxury cruise brand.
- 5 months on, 2 months off rotation.
- Salary above $4500 per month on board.
