Sous Chef - Japanese

To be considered for this prestigious position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A strong culinary background, with experience either shipboard or in a luxury establishment.
• Proficiency in at least conversational Japanese.
• Extensive knowledge of and adaptability in preparing international cuisines.
