Operations Manager
For our client's operation team in Copenhagen, we are seeking a detail-oriented team player with strong analytical and coordinating skills, drive, and commitment.
You see the challenge in organizing all operational aspects of the voyages for our Ethane, Multi gas carriers and LPG gas fleet and like to work in an international atmosphere of vessels trading and new vessel-projects being developed and still keep your good sense of humor after a long working day. You are assertive, curious, and manage to see the big picture as you will be a key team-member and play a crucial part in ensuring the safe and optimal operation of our fleet.
You take responsibility of your given tasks and seek to optimize every voyage result.
THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
In coordination with our customers, port agents, Owners in Singapore and Paris and Captains, the role of the team is to ensure cost efficient and smooth operation of our vessels as well as create value by managing internal and external stakeholders.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Ideally, you have a proven track record of 3 or more years from a shipping company, agency company or brokerage house where you hold a similar position. Gas or Tanker experience is a preference.
Our working language is English thus full professional proficiency in written and verbal English is prerequisite. Some travel days will be required and applicants with a valid European work permit will be preferred.
